American Baptist Men
Ed Rusk directs this men's fellowship group.
It meets quarterly to hear a special speaker after a carry-in dinner.
Meetings are held at various American Baptist Churches in the greater Evansville area. |

American Baptist Women
This women's missionary group meets monthly from
September to April.
The ladies usually meet on the 1st Thursday of the month at
9:30 a.m.
They focus on the missionary and ministry needs of the church.
The ladies have a special banquet in the month of May.
Elaine Kay leads this group.

- This group meets twice a month at 7:00 p.m.
following the LifeLifters
service.

DivorceCare
This group's mission is to assist those
experiencing divorce to face and conquer the
many life changes associated with the break up
of a marriage. Please pass the word on to
any friends, or family that could benefit from
this class.

Wednesdays, 5:30 to
7:30, We're Kidd'n is a fun place for 4-18 year olds! The night starts with

Vacation Bible
School
In 2011 we went to Saddle Ridge Ranch!
And the boys won the missions penny drive
with 104 lbs of pennies. Get
your ready for a trip to the Big Apple in

Our adult choir sings in the Sunday
9:00 service September through May, with rehearsals on Wednesday evenings at 7:15.
Summer Choir
The adult choir sings once a month during the
summer. Everyone is welcome to
join us.

Praise Team
As an integral part of the Saturday LifeLifters and Sunday morning
11:00 services, the Praise Team leads the congregation in worship.
We enjoy a variety of exciting, uplifting, and moving songs as we praise and worship the Lord!
Rehearsals are held Wednesday evenings at 6:00, with some additional rehearsal time before the services. |

Activities
Sports
Throughout the year we schedule leagues,
scrambles, and teams for a fun time.
Fall 2011 includes a Golf Scramble, Washers, and a Cornhole League. Call the office at

Mission Trips
Mission trips to date include El Salvador,
Jamaica, Alaska &
Washington, D.C. Our most recent mission
work was Operation Reclaim -- Hurricane
Katrina disaster relief in Pass Christian,
Mississippi. Due to Hurricane Gustav,
all equipment has been removed from the
worksite. Thousands of volunteers have
been to the camp and helped care for those
in MS.
Fun!
We've had luaus, ice cream socials, and
dinners.
Our most recent events have been the As
Seen on TV dinner theater, special musical
guests, a hog roast,
Tales & Scales, and plenty of opportunities
to eat! Call the office or
